The stunning Gingerbread House in Savannah, GA, is one of the most historic and elegant small venues in Georgia. Full of charm, the front parlor and main dining room have high vaulted ceilings and beautiful chandeliers, perfect for toasts or passed hors d’oeuvres. These rooms are easily accessible from the catering kitchen and just down the hall from the main entrance and restrooms for your guests. Upstairs, you will find an additional living area, kitchenette, dining room, four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 overnight guests, and is perfect for large families, bridal parties, or bachelorette weekends. The quaint outdoor courtyard has its own exterior, street level entrance and has been used for intimate wedding ceremonies, private dinner parties, cocktail receptions, and more. There is also a wheelchair lift in the courtyard for anyone who may require it to gain access to indoors.

Rental Rates

We are excited to announce that The Gingerbread House is now available for private events on weekends, and we are offering reservations on a first come, first served basis. Weekend Rentals

  • All Private Event rentals are required to book a two-night stay through Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals. A third night may be required for holiday weekends.

  • All Private Event rentals require an Event Coordinator.
